Measuring what matters

Read our latest guest blog on the approach we provide to measuring employee development and people effectiveness.

We have access to over 300 different metrics that measure employee development and people effectiveness. However we don’t recommend that you use them all – instead we suggest you apply the Pareto Principle and apply your 80:20 thinking i.e. which 20% of measures will give you the 80% of the data you need.measuring tape

So where to you shine your torch when it comes to measuring the impact of your leadership and management training? How do you assess the return on investment that you and your stakeholders are looking for? How do you assess the effectiveness delivered by your Learning and Development team? How about your talent pipeline and succession planning?

These are all areas of expertise that we can help with. Contact senior consultant Paul Beesley at Beyond Theory for a free consultation. We’ll provide advice on how you measure what matters to get the most from your people development budget.  Although we are based in Northamptonshire, UK our client base is much wider.
