 Aims: 
 This module will enable participants to understand how to increase their resilience and wellbeing of themselves and their teams.
 Key content: 
 - Good stress v bad stress.
 - Identifying stress in self and others.
 - Biofeedback and building resilience strategies.
 - Action planning for implementation.
