Bespoke ILM accredited training programmes

Our leadership and management training programmes are endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). They are face-to-face training modules, flexible and bespoke designed to equip today’s managers and team leaders with the leadership skills they need today's fast changing world.

We offer four training programmes:

Accreditation is optional. The number and choice of modules for your training programme is for you to choose. We’ll work with you to make sure that your course is designed for your needs. Accredited or not, the quality will be the same.

Our training programmes are delivered in-house i.e. exclusively to a company or organisation. This means that we can deliver the workshops on your premises if you prefer or at our at our base in Derngate Mews, Northampton NN1 1UE.

However, we also offer to run our Diploma courses in-house i.e. exclusive to a company or organisation. This means that we can deliver the workshops on your premises if you prefer. The choice is yours.

Customer Excellence

Aims

This module will enable participants to understand how to improve the levels of customer service their teams deliver (including internal customer service).

This module will enable participants to understand how to increase their resilience and wellbeing of themselves and their teams.

Team Building

Aims

This module will enable participants to understand how to engage and build their teams

Train the Trainer

Aims

This module will enable participants to gain training skills to train others effectively
