Conflicts of Interest Policy

Our Conflicts of Interest policy requires all employees, (associate) trainers and coaches to declare any existing or potential conflict of interest that may jeopardise the integrity and reputation of Beyond Theory and any awarding body. This will be on an ongoing basis rather than annual to reflect when new employees, (associate) trainers and coaches and customers are engaged.

Each employee, (associate) trainer or coach will be required to sign an undertaking to declare any existing or potential conflicts of interest. The impact and risk will then be assessed by the accountable person for internal quality assurance.

Failure of an employee, (associate) trainer or coach to declare a conflict of interest may result in disciplinary action.
