Do you want to develop your knowledge and skills as a coach and/or mentor? Then our Coaching and Mentoring Skills Training Programme is for you.
Accredited and quality assured by the Institute of Leadership, completing the program will give you:

This insightful training program has been specifically designed for managers and team leaders who want to improve their coaching and mentoring skills. This 6 month training program includes 4 modules and 4 practical work-based assignments that will enable you to:
- Coach and mentor effectively.
- Develop your team members own skills and knowledge.
- Overcome blockages to address performance issues.
- Delegate tasks successfully.
- Raise your profile within your own organisation.

Our ½ day modules cost from as little as £75 plus VAT per participant (minimum number of participants apply).
