For teams to be at their best everyone needs to be energised to reach the objectives that are necessary to succeed. Team members also need to know how their roles and responsibilities impact on what needs to be done. However, this knowledge is only part of the story – team members also need to be equipped with the skills and knowledge to know how to take care of each other and their customers.
