We're off to the awards to judge the best of the best!

We've been delighted to accept the invitation to judge at this year's UK Employee Experience Awards. We feel that this is fantastic recognition of our track record in delivering successful employee engagement strategies and training to our customers over recent years. We've consistently been receiving excellent feedback from our training course delegates and sponsors and being a judge at these awards is another great endorsement.

Senior consultant Paul Beesley will be one of the judges on the day. 'I'm looking forward to assessing all the written entries before the presentations take place on 27 March 2015', says Paul. 'I am expecting some real innovations and evidence as to how increased levels of employee engagement impact business results. I am particularly interested in transformational employee engagement. By this I mean the sorts of things that go beyond the transactional employee engagement activities that are mostly commonplace at work these days. I feel strongly that employers need to shift up a gear to attract and retain the best employees. If they don't, then these employers will be overtaken by their competitors '.

Paul acknowledges the link between high levels of employee engagement and delivering great customer service. 'I am sure that we've all experienced good, bad and ugly instances of customer service. For me, an excellent customer experience is not just a one off moment but a consistent way of at least meeting if not exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Employees at all levels need to be highly engaged to deliver high standards'.

Paul is looking forward to meeting and working with the other judges involved in UK Employee Experience Awards 2014. 'I like the idea of working together as a team, gaining insights and learning best practice. The field of employee engagement is fast moving and everyone needs to keep pace'.
