At Beyond Theory we partner with experts to provide masterclass events specifically designed to challenge leadership thinking. Each masterclass has been especially created to give business leaders the time and head space to reflect on key issues that impact their own performance as well as the performance of their teams.

Our masterclasses go beyond traditional leadership training. Our Becoming an Engaging Leader course, where we combine equine learning with leadership expertise, is a great example.

Our masterclasses are less frequent than our learning cafés, courses and seminars and are held in unique locations in and around our beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. The environment is purposefully designed to offer the right amount of challenge and support to equip today's business leaders for tomorrow's demands.
