Since the mayhem of the financial crash of 2008, continuing stagnation of levels of employee engagement and the increasing pace of climate change, the question of ethics in business has gained an even greater significance. More and more customers are being turned off by unethical behaviour by companies. More and more employees are seeking employers who look after their people, their customers and our planet well.
In this interactive seminar, led by Paul Beesley of Northampton-based training consultancy Beyond Theory, we will explore how ethics will be an increasing business imperative for leaders in 2020 and beyond. So, will you be an ethical leader or just one of the rest?
