I attended the Sales Through Service course and it has allowed me to re-focus my mind on sales and gave me so many good pointers. Really great course - if you are just starting out in sales or have been it in for over 20 years (like me! ).

Beyond Theory's How Behaviour Breeds Behaviour Bite-size online training module is a well-balanced blend of principles and practice covering topics including persuasion and influencing. The session also included interesting video clips and practical 'homework' exercises to reinforce learning as well as a module outline to take away.
