Handling Complaints Seminar

Our Director and Senior Consultant Paul Beesley is speaking at the Handling Customer Complaints Seminar organised by the National NHS Complaints & Feedback Forum. The seminar takes place on 2 March at University Hospitals of Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, Bristol Royal Infirmary, Upper Maudlin Street, Bristol, BS2 8HW.

Paul will be sharing the latest trends in customer complaints and how best to deal with them. Other speakers will also be sharing their views on how best to understand complaints from NHS customers and how best to deal with them.
