Aims:
This module will provide you with knowledge and skills of operating your business area. You will be asked to critique your existing plans to grow and manage your business area so you can build for the future.

- Strategic thinking tools
- Components of an operational plan
- Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including lead and lag measures
- Goal setting and managing KPIs
- Action planning for implementation
