Our bitesize (60 minute) online training modules are fully interactive training sessions that are broadcast live to your location - wherever you are.

On this module you will learn how to improve and develop your counselling skills. In particular we will cover:

• How to identify situations when counselling is needed
• Active listening and use of silence
• Useful words and phrases to use when counselling 

Using our video conferencing facilities, you will:

• Interact with our trainer(s) and the other participants 
• Watch streamed video
• View our engaging course materials
• Receive a pdf workbook to record your learning
• Be invited to complete a password protected online action plan to review and implement your learning
