Our bitesize (60 minute) online training modules are fully interactive training sessions that are broadcast live to your location - wherever you are.

On this module you will learn how to manage people remotely and working from home. In particular we will cover:

• How to identify the challenges you and your team may face when working from home
• How to assess and feedback on your team members' performance when working remotely
• How to develop a communications plan to ensure you and your team stay in contact

Using our video conferencing facilities, you will:

• Interact with our trainer(s) and the other participants 
• Watch streamed video
• View our engaging course materials
• Receive a pdf workbook to record your learning
• Be invited to complete a password protected online action plan to review and implement your learning
