Our training courses and workshops

Learning Cafe events are new, innovative and specifically designed to fit in with business owners’ and managers’ demanding work schedules. These are half day workshops – ie short and fast paced to enable busy people to get the essential tools and techniques they need with the option for more training or coaching later.

We reward our customers: Attend six events in our Learning Café series and you will receive the sixth one free (ie a refund will be made when you’ve attended all six).

We provide a comprehensive range of one day ‘open’ courses – ie training events where you will attend with people from other employers. Attending these courses and workshops will enable you to increase your own network to compare yourself and organisation with others as well as increasing your own performance.

However, we know that some employers prefer ‘closed’ courses – ie courses and workshops where you attend with people only from your own organisation. Attending these events enables people to learn in teams and focus solely on their own organisation’s needs. These events will be arranged for a time to suit you, can be more cost efficient and held at employers’ own venues.
