Duration: Minimum ½ day

This module will enable managers, supervisors and team leaders to better organise themselves so they can manage others.

By the end of the module managers, supervisors and team leaders will know how to manage their team, prioritise and delegate tasks to others.

  • Delegation skills.
  • Action planning for implementation.
